Matt Randall has been teaching business culture, climate, and transformational leadership skills for over 25 years, using a simple, 3-step formula:

  1. Determine the climate of your organization in real, harsh, unfiltered, impartial, impersonal language.
  2. Determine what the desired culture is that you wish to create.
  3. Determine what your leadership style is.

From there, Matt works with you and your team to match your leadership style with the desired culture to achieve the climate you are looking for, by:

  • Identifying areas of weakness
  • Problem solving where necessary
  • Developing a plan of action
  • Creating follow-up systems to ensure long-term success
  • Helping to put individual’s’ strengths and education to the proper use
  • Revitalizing and re-engaging your team
