Hi, I'm Matt Randall. As I write this, it feels like I'm submitting a resume and I suppose it is sort of like I'm writing a cover letter to apply for a job with you. The reality though is, as a business coach, and you as a professional business leader, we work together, not for. In a coaching relationship, we become partners on the road to designing your business the way you know it can be and should be. To understand this better, let's explore quickly what coaching is and then who I am followed by how I work.
Business coaching is a teamwork relationship where the coach becomes a sounding board and advisor to the business professional, whether they be the company owner, CEO, President, sole proprietor, or some level of management. Everyone in the leadership role of a company would benefit from coaching, but not all coaches are the same. The personalities and skill sets must match well to have the best results. I'll explain a little more about my background and strengths.
Over the past 40+ years, I've opened 15 companies (so far) of every different type; C-corp, LLC, non-profit, some with employees, some without, some with partners, brick&mortar, online, drop-ship, and service-based. Along the way I've had many successes, a few failures, plenty of struggles, and lot's of lessons learned. This is what I bring to the table with all my coaching clients.
Every coach has their strengths and preferences. For me, my skills lie in leadership development and systems enhancement. I have studied and trained leadership skills for decades, for solopreneurs, corporate leaders, top level management, and world-class athletes. If this was an interview, you would most likely ask me where my weaknesses are. I don't care to pour through spreadsheets, tax filings, or bookkeeping records. I work best with people, not numbers, but I do appreciate some good charts and graphs, as I'm a visual kinesthetic learner.
If you believe you and/or your company would benefit from stronger leadership skills and/or more efficient systems and productivity, then let's talk about that. My time is valuable and your's is also. Can you spare 15 minutes?
