Eat Food! (real food)
17,000 new products show up in grocery stores every year. None of these deserve to be called food. They are better classified as ‘edible food-like substances’. These highly processed concoctions are designed by food scientists, consisting mostly of ingredients derived from corn and soy that no normal person would ever keep in their pantry. They contain chemical additives which the human body is not able to digest properly and contribute to weight gain as well as a host of health issues. Avoid industrial novelties and choose to eat real food instead. It’s not just about weight loss. It’s about your total health.
